RSVPs

Our invite list is up to 200 people. So far 86 people have RSVP'ed yes and 4 have said no. Everyone else who hasn't replied, still has another 3 weeks before I start calling and emailing them all frantic ;)

I'm getting a little bit concerned that everyone is going to RSVP yes except for the 4 who didn't oh oh LOL. As long as our invite list doesn't get much larger we're ok. My mom had ok'ed 200 on the list. So we'll see! My brother invited 210 and only 175 ended up showing. I was hoping closer to 200 and I have a feeling we might just get that!

Tuxedos

Jimmy and I went after work to Moores to get him fitted for his tux and to place the order for the 5 tuxes. Turns out that if you get 5 or more tux rentals through Moores, the 5th one is free! So lucky Jimmy is getting a free tux.

He finally caved and let me choose the vest colours. Originally he wanted to pick his own vest colours but everyone was telling him that the GMs look great when their vests match the BMs dresses and theme colours. He picked out a white vest b/c supposed the groom matches the bride's dress.

Can't wait!!

Sinders

I got home last night to a wonderful surprise on my answering machine.

It was Sinders calling to let me know that the bridesmaid dresses have arrived!!! I just sent an email to the girls to let them know. Whenever they want to go try them on, they have to call to make an appointment first. So exciting!

Sinders

I took my mom and grandma to Sinders last night. My mom hadn't seen yet my actual gown since the last one she saw was the sample and she was out of the country when my real gown came in. My grandma I brought because I knew she'd really appreciate to be included in something so special.

I am happy to report that the gown still fits and it fits even better than the last time I tried it on. I think and hope it's because of bootcamp in May. I joined for another month (July 14) and this time I am going to work my butt off to maintain it all off to make sure I fit into the gown with minor alterations!

Speaking of alterations, we booked our 2 appointments for alterations with Rose next door to Sinders. My first fitting is scheduled for August 20 and the second one is the second week of September.
