| Maid of Honour: Kendra

I picked my best friend Kendra to be my MoH.
We've been best friends since 2000. We used to hang out so
much that we started to even sound alike and would sometimes
end up putting our hairdos in the same style without meaning
to. People we'd meet used to think we were sisters. In a way,
I've always considered her like a sister.
She's a great listener and has always been
there for me. I've shared some great memories with her and
it only seemed right to include her in one of the most important
days of my life. |

Best
Man: Jade Abdallah
Since moving to Ottawa, Jade and his family
became my adoptive family because I spent every single weekend
and quite a few weeknights for almost 2 years living out of
their basement and out of their fridge as I was in Montreal
during this time spending my time with Jade due to not knowing
a soul in Ottawa. I knew of Jade in Grade 10, but did not
start hanging out with him until Grade 12. Over the last 7
years Jade and I have been both through some good and bad
times and has brought us closer together. |

Bridesmaid:
Stephanie Szabo Crichlow
Steph (Szabs) and I became good friends in junior
high but we officially met in grade 5 and hung out a few times
at recess. It wasn't until the Hull strip years when we both
turned 18 and were legal in Quebec that we'd hang out much
more going to the bars over the bridge almost every weekend
with our other high school friends. This is when Steph and
I became closer.
Szabs and I have a lot of the same morals and views
about life which is probably a main reason why our friendship
has become so strong over the years. She's a great
friend who I know I can always trust and rely on, which is
why I feel fortunate to have her in my wedding party. |

Groomsman/MC:
Matt Pendlebury
Matt and I have known each other since Grade
5. For some reason we never liked each other at all throughout
Junior High but then both pulled a 180 in High School and
started talking and hanging out. I was also their paperboy
for years throughout Elementary until end of High School.
Maybe I was late with the paper one day and that is why he
disliked me?? Matt was and is the closest person out there
to be considered a mirror image of my personality. I know
whatever I do today as a joke; Matt will be thinking about
beating that idea or telling everybody what a stupid thing
I just did……again! |

Bridesmaid:
Barb Cameron
Barb is Jimmy's sister. She's a very bubbly
and fun loving person. She's been very kind and welcoming
to me since the day I met her. She's also a great wedding
photographer if any of you need one let me know.
I'm looking forward to being able to call
her my sister-in-law. For this reason, I picked her to be
one of my bridesmaids. |

Groomsman:
Seb Gonzalez
Seb is Jimena’s brother. Seb is a great
guy who shares the same trait as me, needs to be center of
attention. This is a good thing! I also found out that when
you offer to clean and detail his car once, that he will be
at your door asking for this service quite a bit thereafter.
I look forward to having Seb in my family and having an additional
brother-in-law |
